All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of services. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Our services are provided by qualified registered nurses. However, we are not a substitute for your GP or emergency medical services. If you have a medical emergency, please call 999 or visit your nearest A&E department.
Certain services may have eligibility requirements based on age, health status, or other factors. Our clinical team will assess your suitability for treatments during your consultation.
While we take every care to provide safe and effective treatments, individual results may vary. We are not liable for any adverse reactions that occur despite following proper medical protocols.
